What we collect
- If you send a message through the contact form: the name, email address, phone, company, industry and message you enter, plus your network address, browser identification, and the page you sent it from. We keep it to answer you and to recognize repeat spam.
- If you arrive through a personalized link we sent you, two cookies remember which company and person the link was for, so the site keeps its greeting. Forget this at any time.
- A cookie that protects the contact form against forged submissions.
- Ordinary web server logs: address, time, page, browser. Kept for operations and security, then discarded.
- Visits, through Google Analytics: the pages you view, how you arrived (the site that referred you, and any campaign tags in the link, such as utm_source), the time, and your device, browser, and approximate location. Google Analytics sets cookies on this site (_ga and _ga_…) to tell one visit from another. We use it to learn which pages help people, and which links and campaigns bring them here.
What we do not do
- No advertising trackers, and no use of analytics to advertise to you or to identify you.
- No selling or sharing of your information. Messages go to the people at Perdix Software who answer them.
Third parties you may load
Videos are served from our own media host. Where a page embeds a LinkedIn or YouTube post, that embed is loaded from LinkedIn or YouTube only when you scroll to it, under their privacy policies.
Google Analytics is provided by Google, under Google's Privacy Policy.
Your choices
Ask us what we hold about you, or ask us to delete it, at info@perdixsw.com.
To keep Google Analytics from recording your visits, block its cookies in your browser, or install Google's Analytics opt-out add-on.
